A base fee that covers platform access, hosting, security, and support. Scales with the tier of service you need — Professional, Business, or Enterprise.

Billed monthly or annually (20% discount).

Per-User Seat Fee

Each active user in your account is billed at a flat monthly rate. Add or remove users anytime — billing adjusts at your next cycle.

What does the setup fee cover?

The one-time setup fee covers account configuration, data migration assistance, user training sessions, and getting your specific workflows built out in the platform before you go live.

How is the per-user fee structured?

Each plan includes a base number of users. Beyond that, additional seats are billed at a flat per-user monthly rate. You only pay for active users — deactivate a seat and the charge stops at your next billing cycle.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes. Annual contracts are billed once per year at a discount versus monthly billing. We'll include both options in your custom quote.

How does the onboarding process work?

After signing your agreement, our team schedules a kickoff call to understand your workflows, configure your account, migrate any existing data, and walk your team through each module. Professional plans include guided sessions; Business and Enterprise plans include dedicated implementation management.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

You own your data. You can export everything at any time. After cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion.
