F47 Systems, Inc. (“F47 Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the F47 Core platform (f47core.com), a cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and what choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account & Contact Data

When you register for F47 Core, request a demo, or contact us, you voluntarily provide information such as your name, company name, email address, phone number, and job title. If you create an organization, you may also provide a billing address.

1.2 Customer Database Content

F47 Core is a multi-tenant ERP platform. Any data you or your team members enter into your organization's database — including contacts, inventory records, purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, work orders, shipment details, and uploaded files — is your data. We process it solely to provide the services you have subscribed to and at your direction.

1.3 Usage & Browser Data

Our servers automatically record standard request information, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. We use session cookies to maintain your authenticated session (see our Cookie Policy).

1.4 Payment Data

We do not store credit card numbers. All payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS-compliant third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). We may retain a tokenized reference and the last four digits for billing display purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Service delivery: To operate, maintain, and improve F47 Core, including processing your ERP data, sending transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notifications, invoices), and providing customer support.
• Account management: To authenticate your identity, manage your subscription, and process billing.
• Communication: To respond to your inquiries, send service announcements, and — with your consent — marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
• Security & compliance: To detect and prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with legal obligations.
• Analytics: To analyze aggregated, anonymized usage trends in order to improve the platform.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers (sub-processors): We use third-party providers to help deliver our services. Each sub-processor is contractually bound to process data only for the purposes we specify. See Section 8 for a list of key sub-processors.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of F47 Systems, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

4. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained for the duration of your active subscription plus any legally required retention period.
• Customer database content: Retained while your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, your data is kept in a deactivated state for 30 days (grace period), then permanently deleted.
• Server logs: Retained for up to 12 months for security and performance analysis.
• Backups: Deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before automatic destruction.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your data. For details, see our Security Policy. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable precautions to safeguard your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

7. International Data Transfers

F47 Core is hosted in the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable) to ensure your data is protected in accordance with this policy.

F47 Core is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of F47 Core after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
